SWEAT & SCULPT
This class will get your heart pumping with varying cardio movements each week. Light weights may be used. Lead by Sonya.
PILATES
This class will improve your balance, build strength, make you more flexible, burn calories, and improve stability through a stronger core. Weights, mini ball, stretch band and gliders add to the fun! Lead by Inajo.
Stretch
Stretch is a functional stretching class to help with strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. Lead by Sonya.
Core and More
This is a core strengthening focused class. Lead by Inajo.
Bujinkan Ninjutsu
Traditional Japanese martial art for self-defense. Training in a non-competitive environment, with a focus on developing skill rather than strength and speed.
Instructor (Eric James) has trained in Bujinkan Ninjutsu since 1989.
