Sonya is a proud Athenian who had not been to a gym since high school in 1989! She accepted an invitation to class from our former class leader, Sami. She is down 6 sizes and 40 lbs since and has better strength, flexibility, mobility, and balance. With her new found confidence, she is excited to help others do the same.
